We founded BoQua Natural with one goal: to provide our customers with a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We do business according to the same values and we know that better service leads to loyal customers. Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed via the BOQUA NATURAL website.

BOQUA NATURAL reserves the right to change the Conditions of Sale. Any changes to the terms of sale will only apply to orders placed on or after the date of change.

An order is final when we have received your payment. If we do not receive payment within 7 days, your order will be canceled and the items will be returned to the website.

For every order you will receive an order confirmation with payment details by e-mail. This way you know that we have received your order. (If you have not received an email, please check your spam)

Belgian law applies to these Sales Conditions.

Payment

All prices stated are expressed in EURO, always including VAT and all other duties or taxes required by the Customer. The price statement refers exclusively to the articles as described verbatim. The accompanying photos are intended for decorative purposes and may contain elements that are not included in the price.

The Customer can choose between the following payment methods via Credit Card, via Paypal, via Stripe, via bank transfer.

Our Shipping Policy

How we do it

Once an order has been placed and paid for, we have a maximum shipping time of seven working days, but our goal is to have it packed and shipped to your home within three working days.

We reserve the right to postpone the delivery date if the product is no longer in stock.

BOQUA NATURAL is not liable for loss, theft or damage during shipment.

After receipt you have 48 hours to check the delivery for the correct content and any damage. BOQUA NATURAL is not responsible for direct or indirect damage that would arise after delivery, for whatever reason, to the ordered products or damage that would arise to other objects or persons due to incorrect use of the products.

The shipping rates depend on the weight of your package and the country of shipment.

Belgium : 5.70 euros

Germany, Netherlands ,

France, Luxembourg : 8.5 euros

USA APPROXIMATE SHIPPING COSTS AND TRACKING
All items ship out of BELGIUM. You will receive a tracking number in an email once the order has been shipped. We work with BELGIAN REGISTERED MAIL. Exact shipping costs will be calculated BY WEIGHT at check-out.

EXTRA COSTS IN A GLOBAL WORLD
All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for these fees in any way, as we do not receive any of this money. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.

Returns and Refunds

How it works

In accordance with Belgian law, you as a consumer have the right to exchange or return your order. The consumer has the right to inform BOQUA NATURAL that he renounces the purchase, without payment of a fine and without reason, within 7 calendar days from the day following the delivery of your order.

Exchange and return shipments must be reported in advance by e-mail.

Costs of return shipments are borne by the buyer. Insufficiently stamped and not pre-notified returns will not be refunded. An item can only be returned if it is unused. Return shipments must be well packed.

The Customer must return or hand over the goods to BOQUA NATURAL, Kardinaal Cardijnlaan 27, 9100 Sint-Niklaas, without delay, but in any event no later than 14 calendar days after the day on which he has communicated his decision to withdraw from the agreement to BOQUA NATURAL. The Customer is on time if he returns the goods before the period of 14 calendar days has expired.

If all conditions are met, BOQUA NATURAL undertakes to refund the full purchase amount of the item concerned within 30 days.

Boqua Natural will refund the Customer with the same payment method with which the Customer performed the original transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the Customer will not be charged for such reimbursement.

The right of renunciation lapses if the products are collected in Sint-Niklaas. The products can be viewed on site.

Privacy at BoQua Natural

BOQUA NATURAL respects the Belgian law of 8 December 1992 regarding the protection of privacy in the processing of personal data. The personal data provided by you will only be used for the following purposes: the execution of the agreement concluded, the processing of the order.

We treat your data as confidential information and will not pass it on, rent or sell it to third parties.

The customer is responsible for keeping his login details and the use of his password confidential. Your password is stored encrypted, so Boqua Natural has no access to your password

Boqua Natural keeps online (anonymous) visitor statistics to be able to view which pages of the internet site are visited to what extent.
